A Cappella Quinte: https://www.acappellaquinte.org/ A Cappella Quinte (ACQ) is a men's chorus with around 30 members. ACQ is the performance chorus of the Quinte Regional Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society. It was established in May, 1973 as the Trenton Chapter, and later expanded to the Quinte Region. The chorus was formerly called The Trentones. We are a non-profit, volunteer organization which regularly contributes to a number of charities and good causes primarily related to speech and language pathology, and music education. Two examples are Harmonize4Speech and Sing Canada Harmony. Our mission and purpose are those of the Barbershop Harmony Society.
SAI Region 16: www.saregion16.com Region 16 of the Sweet Adelines International barbershop-style acappella organization is rich with talent and celebrates two countries united by four-part harmony. Geographically, members are separated by the USA/Canada border with 80% of our membership being Canadian and 20% American. Region 16 has approximately 940 members in 22 choruses. Our Region remains committed to developing excellence in singers while promoting the musical art form of barbershop harmony.

Since then, it has evolved into an organization of nearly 21,000 singers that spans the globe, connecting women around the world in one sisterhood.
